At VECINO Custom, we want you to be completely satisfied with your bespoke fashion pieces. If your order isn't quite right, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all custom tags and labels remain attached and the garment is in unworn condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our atelier inspects the return, we will process your refund or ship your new custom exchange within 5-7 business days.
