How long does it take to receive my custom order?
Since each piece is custom-made to your specifications, production typically takes 5-7 business days. Shipping times vary by location but usually range from 3-5 business days within the continental US.
Can I return a custom-designed item?
Because our products are personalized specifically for you, we cannot accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or there is a manufacturing defect. Please review our sizing guide carefully before placing your order.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay for a secure and seamless checkout experience.
How should I care for my VECINO garments?
To preserve the quality of the custom prints and fabric, we recommend washing your items inside out in cold water and hanging them to dry. Avoid ironing directly on the customized areas.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, VECINO Custom ships worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery.
Can I change my design after the order is placed?
We allow a 24-hour window for any design or size changes. Once the item has entered the production phase, we are unable to modify the order.
